Gallery Visitors and sending favorites

Found under Gallery Visitors in your sidebar -- shows everyone who entered their email on a gallery that requires one, along with what they favorited.

Requiring an email is a separate setting on each gallery -- see password protection vs. requiring an email for how to turn it on. Once it's on, every visitor who enters their email shows up here with their gallery, how many photos they favorited, and whether they've placed an order.

Sending a visitor their favorites

If a visitor favorited anything, click "Review & send" next to their row. You'll see a thumbnail grid of exactly what they favorited before anything goes out -- nothing is sent automatically or without you seeing it first.

Pick a size, then send:

Social media size -- a resized copy (2048px on the long edge), good for sharing without handing over your largest file.
Full resolution -- the actual original file, the same quality a paid digital download would deliver.

Full resolution really does mean the original, unwatermarked file -- the same thing a client would otherwise have to buy as a digital download. This is a deliberate way to gift photos for free, entirely outside the cart and checkout -- it does not create an order, and won't show up in your Reports or Orders list. Choose it on purpose, not by habit.

The client gets an email with direct links to their favorited photos, plus a link back to the full gallery.
