Found under Reports in your sidebar -- real numbers pulled straight from your paid orders, available on every plan including Free.
- Pick a rangeLast 30 days, last 90 days, year-to-date, or all time.
- See your summaryTotal revenue, number of orders, and average order value for that range.
- Check what's sellingRevenue by gallery, and top products by revenue and quantity sold (top 20 of each, on screen).
- Export the full dataThe "Export CSV" button includes every paid order in the range -- not just the top 20 shown on screen -- with order ID, date, client email, gallery, and total.
"Top products" groups by the exact product name on your price sheet. If you have similarly-named items (like "8x10" and "8x10 Print"), they'll show as separate rows rather than being combined -- keep naming consistent on your price sheet if you want them to roll up together.
Only counts orders that actually completed payment -- see how an order moves from pending to paid for what "paid" really means.
