Acceptable Use Policy

Image Depot is designed for professional photography, media, image hosting, gallery delivery, and related business activities. This Acceptable Use Policy establishes rules for responsible use of the Service.

1. You May Not Use Image Depot To:

Break the Law

You may not use Image Depot to violate applicable federal, state, local, or international law.

Infringe Rights

You may not upload or distribute Content that infringes another person's:

  • Copyright
  • Trademark
  • Privacy rights
  • Publicity rights
  • Trade secrets
  • Other intellectual property rights

Commit Fraud

You may not use Image Depot to:

  • Conduct fraudulent transactions
  • Impersonate another person
  • Misrepresent products or services
  • Commit identity theft
  • Engage in payment fraud
  • Manipulate transactions

Attack or Abuse the Platform

You may not:

  • Attempt unauthorized access
  • Circumvent security controls
  • Probe or scan systems without authorization
  • Introduce malware
  • Distribute viruses
  • Interfere with servers
  • Conduct denial-of-service attacks
  • Attempt to reverse engineer protected portions of the Service

Abuse Resources

You may not use Image Depot in a way that creates an unreasonable burden on the Service or its infrastructure. This includes automated activity designed to circumvent storage, bandwidth, gallery, API, or account limitations.

2. Content Restrictions

Image Depot may restrict Content that is:

  • Illegal
  • Fraudulent
  • Malicious
  • Infringing
  • Used to facilitate criminal activity
  • Designed to compromise the Service
  • Otherwise prohibited by law

Image Depot generally does not proactively review every photograph uploaded by users.

3. Adult Content

Image Depot may impose additional restrictions on sexually explicit or adult-oriented Content. Nothing in this policy permits Content that violates applicable law. Image Depot may restrict or remove Content when necessary to comply with law, payment-provider requirements, hosting-provider requirements, or platform policies.

4. Minors

Content involving minors must be created and distributed in compliance with applicable law. Image Depot prohibits illegal sexual exploitation or abuse material involving minors. Any such material may be removed immediately and reported to appropriate authorities where legally required.

5. Spam and Abuse

You may not use Image Depot to distribute:

  • Spam
  • Malicious advertising
  • Phishing attempts
  • Fraudulent messages
  • Unsolicited bulk communications
  • Malware
  • Deceptive links

6. Account Sharing

You may not provide account access to unauthorized individuals in a way that circumvents your subscription plan or creates a security risk. Businesses may use authorized employees, contractors, or team members where their plan permits such access.

7. Enforcement

If Image Depot reasonably believes that an account violates this policy, Image Depot may:

  • Investigate
  • Request additional information
  • Restrict Content
  • Disable specific features
  • Suspend an account
  • Terminate an account
  • Report activity to appropriate authorities when required or appropriate

The response will depend on the nature and severity of the violation.

8. Emergency Action

Image Depot may take immediate action without advance notice when reasonably necessary to address:

  • Security threats
  • Illegal activity
  • Fraud
  • Child exploitation
  • Serious copyright infringement
  • Attacks against the platform
  • Other circumstances creating significant risk

9. Appeals

If your account or Content is restricted under this policy, you may contact Image Depot to request a review. Image Depot may request information necessary to evaluate the appeal.
