Tournaments: bulk-creating galleries

Despite the name, this isn't a bracket or scoring tool -- it's a fast way to create many galleries at once instead of one at a time.

  1. Go to TournamentsIn your dashboard sidebar, then "Create a tournament."
  2. Fill in the shared detailsTournament name (used as a prefix for every gallery), an optional event date, sport, and venue -- these apply to every gallery this batch creates.
  3. Optionally pick a presetApplies your layout, privacy, watermark, price sheet, and category settings to every created gallery at once, instead of setting each one up by hand afterward. See creating a gallery for what a preset actually controls.
  4. List your galleries, one per lineUp to 60 lines per batch. Each line becomes its own gallery, named "{Tournament Name} -- {that line}" (for example, "Fall Classic -- Varsity Boys").
  5. SubmitEvery gallery in the batch is created together, or none are -- if something fails partway through, you won't end up with a half-finished batch.
On the Free plan, the whole batch is checked against your gallery limit before anything is created: if the batch would put you over the limit, you'll see one clear error up front rather than some galleries succeeding and others silently failing. Every paid plan removes the gallery limit entirely -- see creating a gallery.

Once created, open the tournament from your Tournaments list to see every gallery it created together, with cover photos and photo counts, all in one place.

There's currently no way to delete a tournament itself once created -- its galleries can still be deleted individually like any other gallery, from Galleries › All Galleries.
