Sub-processors
Effective Date: October 7, 2026 · Last updated: October 7, 2026These are the companies that process personal information on Image Depot's behalf to run the Service -- our sub-processors under the Data Processing Agreement. The list is the same as the provider table in the Privacy Policy (Section 5). Print labs appear because an order's name and shipping address go to the lab the Studio chose; which lab handles a given order depends on the Studio's settings.

How changes are announced
Before a new sub-processor receives customer information, we add it here and email every account owner at least 30 days in advance. Removing one, or a change that gives an existing one no new information, is listed here without advance notice. Studios that object to a new sub-processor on reasonable data-protection grounds can contact support@imagedepot.net; the Data Processing Agreement (Section 5) says what happens next.
