Manage your team

Once you're not shooting solo, your crew shouldn't need separate accounts.

Team seats, not separate logins

Studio plan and up include team seats under one studio account. Invite a team member from Users & Permissions and they set their own password and log in as themselves -- without needing their own billing relationship or being handed the owner's own credentials.

Each person gets a role. A Team member can use everything except the owner-only actions below. A Photographer is also kept out of Sales Reports, Billing, and library exports, and can't change AI tag settings.

Owner-only actions stay owner-only

Plan changes, payment accounts, the custom domain, API keys, the team list, and account deletion are restricted to the account owner regardless of how many team members are added -- a shared account doesn't mean shared control over the things that affect the whole business.

Who did what, on the record

Every upload, replacement, download, delete, restore, visibility change, share link and sign-in on the account is logged in an activity record you can review. Open any photo and click File history to see its full story, with the person or process behind each step. The account owner can also export a whole gallery's record for any date range as a CSV or a printable report. Actions our support team takes on your account appear there too, labelled as such. Detailed security documentation is available on request: support@imagedepot.net.

Everyone works from the same real data

Galleries, price sheets, and the Portfolio Website are shared across the whole studio account -- a team member uploading a shoot or fulfilling an order is working against the exact same data the owner sees, not a separate copy.
