Image Depot vs HoneyBook

These solve two different problems, not the same one -- worth saying plainly before any table of numbers. Image Depot delivers and sells your photos to clients. HoneyBook runs the business side of a creative studio: invoicing, proposals, scheduling, and client communication. A real number of studios use both together, not one instead of the other.

If what you actually need is a place for clients to view, favorite, and buy their photos -- watermarked previews, digital downloads, print orders, all of it -- that's not something HoneyBook offers at all, by its own pricing page. If what you need is a booking calendar, an invoice a client can pay online, or a proposal before a shoot even happens, that's not something Image Depot tries to do, and we won't pretend otherwise. The one real overlap is contracts: both platforms can get a document e-signed. Image Depot's version is scoped to exactly that -- a template, a send, a signature -- included on every plan with no extra line item, rather than one feature inside a much bigger (and separately priced) business-management suite.
