Student Ambassador Program

Student Ambassadors are Verified Students who help other students, and their schools, get the most out of Image Depot. It's a title you earn for a school year: Image Depot Student Ambassador, 2026–2027.

What ambassadors do

Who can apply

Any Verified Student -- a student whose instructor invited them through a School Program and who accepted the invite (see your free Verified Student Account). The program runs one school year at a time, and the group is kept small on purpose: up to 25 ambassadors for 2026–2027.

  1. Open your dashboardSigned in to your own Student account, find the "Student Ambassador Program" card.
  2. ApplyTell us, in your own words, what you would do as an ambassador (up to 1,500 characters). Your instructor's name is optional.
  3. Wait for the decisionThe Image Depot team reads every application. The decision shows on the same card.

Only the student can apply. An instructor helping in the account, or Image Depot support, can see the card but can't apply for you.

Your personal link

Once you're accepted, the card shows your personal link and two numbers: how many students and how many schools joined through it.

What ambassadors get

It's a volunteer role: there's no pay, stipend or account credit. The perks are:

"Coming soon" means the perk is part of the program but not switched on yet; it will show on your account when it is.

Your name and privacy

The badge doesn't change what the public sees of your name: your public pages keep showing your first name and last initial unless you or your instructor chose to show your full name. Your link doesn't contain your name.

When the term ends

Each cohort runs for one school year. When your term ends, the card says so and the badge comes off your portfolio. You can apply again when the next cohort opens.
