Deleting your account
Account deletion is immediate and permanent -- there's no grace period or recovery window.
Before deleting, export every original photo -- available on every plan, including Free, from the Export all photos button on your dashboard -- and download it once it's ready. See exporting your library, and our Data, Storage & Backup Policy.
- Go to SettingsFind the account deletion section near the bottom.
- Confirm your passwordRe-enter your current password.
- Type DELETEExactly as shown, to confirm you mean it.
- SubmitAny active paid subscription is cancelled as part of the same action, and everything is permanently removed.
