Deleting your account

Account deletion is immediate and permanent -- there's no grace period or recovery window.

Before deleting, export your full library -- available on every plan, including Free, from Dashboard › Export Everything. See also our Data, Storage & Backup Policy.

Go to SettingsFind the account deletion section near the bottom.
Confirm your passwordRe-enter your current password.
Type DELETEExactly as shown, to confirm you mean it.
SubmitAny active paid subscription is cancelled as part of the same action, and everything is permanently removed.
