How to manage photography clients online
Once you're past a handful of clients, the real challenge stops being "can I deliver a gallery" and becomes "can I keep track of who's who."
- One gallery per client or event -- keep delivery scoped so a client only ever sees their own work, not a shared library.
- See who's actually looking -- requiring an email to view a gallery tells you real visitor activity, not just that a link was sent.
- Control access without a full account system -- a password or a required email, per gallery, rather than making every client create a login.
- Bring on real help without losing control -- add team members who share full access to your studio account, so a second photographer or an assistant isn't locked out of the tools they need.
