Why is my preview photo watermarked or blurred?

This is normal and intentional -- your photographer has turned on protection for their work until you download or purchase.

You might see a watermark overlay across the photo, or half the image permanently blurred (press and hold to peek at a clearer preview -- it blurs again as soon as you let go). Neither affects the real, full-quality photo you get once you download it for free or purchase it.

This protects your photographer's work from being used or shared before it's actually been paid for or released -- it's not a mistake or a technical problem.
