Checking your order status

Right after checkout, you land on a confirmation page showing your order total and any digital downloads.

Bookmark or save that confirmation link -- it's your real receipt and, for digital items delivered automatically, where your download links live. If you paid but the page says it couldn't confirm your payment yet, wait a moment and refresh -- this can take a few seconds to update. If you closed out before finishing checkout, no charge went through.
