Building a price sheet
A price sheet is a reusable list of things you sell -- attach it to any gallery to turn on selling there.
- Go to Price SheetsCreate a new price sheet, or edit an existing one.
- Add itemsEach item is either a digital download or a print. Digitals are just a name and price. Prints also get a real product category, so the size options make sense to your client:
- Prints (2.5x3.5" to 30x45")
- Fine Art Prints (4x5" to 60x100")
- Posters (8x12" to 60x100")
- Framed Prints (5x7" to 40x60")
- Matted Framed Prints (5x7" to 40x60")
- Metal Prints (4x6" to 48x96")
- Canvases (5x5" to 40x60")
- Acrylic Blocks
- Wood Prints (5x5" to 40x60")
- Layflat Albums (6x6" to 11x14")
- Cards (2x3.5" to 5x7")
- Keychains (1.375x1.75" to 2x2.875")
- Ornaments (2x2" to 4.25x4.25")
- Group items into categoriesOrganize your price sheet however makes sense -- e.g. "Digital Downloads," "8x10 Prints," "Add-ons."
- Attach it to a galleryUnder that gallery's Privacy & Selling tab, turn on selling and pick this price sheet.
You can also build a "package" -- a fixed bundle of items at one price. Packages can be built today, but purchasing one as a bundle at checkout isn't available yet -- a client buys the individual items in it instead.
