Pixieset alternatives
Pixieset is a familiar name in client galleries, with a free-to-paid commission structure similar to Image Depot's own. Here's a real, sourced look at how they actually compare.
| Image Depot | Pixieset | |
|---|---|---|
| Commission on sales | 0% starting at Starter, $9.99/mo | 15% on Free; 0% starting on its Basic paid tier |
| Export of every original photo | Available on every plan, including Free | Not stated on its public pages at last review |
| Screenshot protection | Built in -- half of every preview blurred until purchased | Not a standard feature |
The commission structures are genuinely similar. The real differences are an export of every original photo on every plan, and screenshot protection baked into the preview files themselves -- something Pixieset's own feature list doesn't include.
Figures for Pixieset are pulled from their own public pricing page as of September 2026 and may have changed since (last reviewed September 30, 2026) -- confirm current numbers directly at pixieset.com/pricing/.
