Verifying your email
A quick, one-time step that keeps your account (and your clients' orders) reachable.
Right after you sign up, you'll see a "Check your email" page: we've sent a confirmation link to the address you signed up with. Open it and press Confirm and continue. (The button is on purpose: some email programs open links automatically to scan them, and this way they can't use your link up.) If you open it in the same browser you signed up in, you're signed in right away. On another device, we ask for the password you chose, because that's how we know it's you.
Your dashboard stays locked until you click it. Next is a short "Tell us about your studio" form. It takes about a minute and it's required before your dashboard opens.
Typed the wrong email? On the "Check your email" page choose Wrong email? Change it. Your studio name and country are filled in again; fix the address, choose your password, and we cancel the first try and send a new link to the right address.
Link expired or already used? You'll see a page that says so, with a Send a new link button. Each link works for 24 hours, works once, and only for the address it was sent to.
Already have an account with that address? Then no new account is made, and we email you a reminder to log in (or reset your password) instead.
Signed up with Google? You get the same email. After you pick your studio name and country, we send a confirmation link to your Google address. Press Confirm and continue to unlock your dashboard; until then you'll see the same "check your inbox" screen.
Why this matters
Your email is where order notifications, password resets, and account alerts go. An unverified or wrong email means you could miss a real sale.
